Terms of Sales



RENTAL AGREEMENT PURPOSE
The parties agree that their rights and obligations will be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the amended decree of December 28, 1976, and, if not, by the French Civil Code. The premises covered by this contract are rented fully furnished for seasonal rental purposes.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
As described in the accommodation listing.
DURATION OF SEASONAL RENTAL
The Lessor rents the accommodation to the Lessee on the dates and times specified in the contract. The Lessee signing this contract cannot under any circumstances claim the right to remain on the premises.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The Lessee has indicated the number of occupants in the contract.
Any change in the number of occupants must be requested in advance with the Lessor.
Any modification or termination of the contract without notifying the Lessor will be considered initiated by the Lessee.
PRICE AND CHARGES
The rent is set for the entire duration of the rental described in the contract. It includes:
Water, electricity, heating
End-of-stay cleaning
Tourist tax paid by the Lessor to the Communauté d'Agglomération Terre de Provence
Bed linen for all occupants (beds made and towels provided)
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is a local tax payable by the Lessee to the Lessor, who then remits it to the Public Treasury.
RESERVATION
To reserve the accommodation, the Lessee returns the contract signed on each page with a 30% deposit, either online or by bank transfer.
One copy of the contract must be kept by the Lessor.
This contract cannot be partially or fully assigned to third parties, unless authorized in writing by the Lessor.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of the stay at the Lessee’s expense, with the rental price remaining fully acquired by the Lessor.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid by the Lessee no later than 15 days before arrival.
Late payment will incur 3% daily interest, plus a €40 flat fee for collection costs.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Lessee shall provide a €1,000 deposit to cover any damage or loss to the property, furniture, or keys.
Payment is made by bank pre-authorization (online booking) or by check on arrival.
If no damage or loss is observed, the deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure.If damage or loss occurs, the deposit will be returned within 30 days, minus repair or replacement costs. A flat fee of €100 will be deducted for excessive dirtiness.
ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING
This contract is personal to the Lessee. Assignment, subletting, or sharing—even for free—is strictly prohibited.
LESSEE’S OBLIGATIONS
The Lessee shall use the accommodation, furniture, and equipment peacefully and responsibly.
The Lessee shall maintain the accommodation and return it in good condition. Private storage spaces contain the Lessor’s belongings and must not be used or moved.
The Lessee cannot hold the Lessor responsible for theft or vandalism.The Lessee must respect the number of occupants declared in the contract.
The Lessee confirms having civil liability insurance including holiday rental coverage.
ARRIVAL
The Lessee must arrive on the date and time specified in the contract. Late arrivals must be communicated to the Lessor.
INVENTORY AND CLEANLINESS
An inventory is jointly prepared and signed at check-in and check-out. The Lessee is responsible for cleaning during the stay and before departure. Additional cleaning fees, if any, are calculated as per the contract.
POOL RULES
A safety device is installed at the pool. Supervision of children remains entirely the Lessee’s responsibility throughout the stay.
CANCELLATION (STANDARD CONDITIONS)
Cancellations made at least 45 days before arrival will receive a full refund.Cancellations 45 days or less before arrival will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION BY LESSOR
If the Lessor cancels, the Lessee will be refunded in full, including compensation at least equal to what the Lessee would have paid if they had cancelled.
TERMINATION
If the Lessee breaches any contractual obligation, the contract will be automatically terminated.
DISPUTES
Claims regarding the inventory must be submitted within three days of arrival.Other claims must be sent promptly by mail.
LEGAL DOMICILE
The parties elect their respective domiciles. In case of dispute, the competent court is that of the Lessor’s domicile. This contract is governed by French law.
PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the Lessee has the right to access and rectify their data.Soleù will not share or misuse personal data and will take all appropriate measures to protect it.
COVID
If travel restrictions or quarantine measures prevent the stay, the Lessee may cancel without fees, and the full deposit will be refunded.
